My motto, “common sense legal solutions” describes the goal I strive to meet with each of my clients. You have a legal problem and you need a solution that makes sense for you --- from a legal, personal and economic standpoint.  With this goal in mind I have practiced in the metropolitan area since 1977 in both the criminal (both prosecution and defense) and civil arenas.

My criminal practice includes traffic, DUI and other criminal defense.  My years as a prosecutor give me insights that are beneficial to my defense practice.  I have extensive experience in municipal and zoning law, having represented cities, developers and private citizens with municpal legal issues.  I can help you with real estate issues, mechanic’s liens, wills, estates and well as general civil matters. If you have questions concerning family law, immigration or personal injury concerns, I have a network of attorneys to whom I make referrals.

I have 25 years of experience working in a small firm setting. This allows me to provide more personalized service to my clients. While I have a suburban office that is easy to find, I realize it can be difficult to meet at my office for a variety of reasons. If you live in the metropolitan area, including Sherburne and Wright Counties, I will meet you in the comfort of your own home.

In addition I have been certified as a mediator and am included on the statewide qualified neutrals roster.
